    About the Role:

    As a Senior Associate, you will serve as a crucial link between zonal operations teams and the central desk. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring key fleet executives' metrics and conducting in-depth analysis of weekly trends. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to deliver results.

    What you will do?

    • Gain a deep understanding of last mile operations to identify areas for improvement in MIS, specifically in LM/FM manpower operation.
    • Perform root cause analyses and assess trade-offs using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
    • Create practical and effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) and oversee their implementation to drive compliance and sustained enhancement.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in executing projects to streamline operations, cut costs, and boost efficiency in the last mile.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and ensure long-lasting enhancements.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and logically to senior management and other stakeholders.
