    EducationalRequirement: B.E. Chemical / Post graduation orgraduation with Chemistrysubject
    Experience: 2 yrs5 yrs years of relevant industry experiencepreferably selling of specialty chemicals to industries like paints& coatings printing inks adhesives etc. Experience ismanaging products like defoamerswetting & dispersing agentspreservatives emulsion polymers oligomers photoinitiators SilanesSurface modifiers & other specialtyproducts.
    Aboutthe role:The job entailsdeveloping/generating business for speciality chemical products byimplementing / executing strategies for growth through the productlines of leading principals we represent to achieve the division stargets.
    BriefDescription ofDuties:
    • Responsiblefor achieving the divisions sales & receivablestargets.
    • Keeping track of industry trends aboutmarket development identifying new productscompetitive
    • activity customersetc.
    • Develop & maintain relations withcustomers including key accounts and strengthen existingrelationships.
    • Must consistently track thedevelopment of sales strategies and act resourcefully to achieveorganizational goals and objectives.
    • Usingknowledge of the market and competitors identify and develop uniqueselling propositions and differentiators forproducts.


    SkillsSet/Area ofExpertise:
    • Hands onexperience in Paints & Coating industry with exposure ofhandling products like defoamers wetting & dispersingagents preservatives emulsion polymers oligomers photoinitiatorsSilanes Surface modifiers & other specialtyproducts.
    • Possess good communication &strategic prospecting skills.
    • Sound analytical& problemsolving skills good negotiation skills &growth mindset
    • Willing to travel for 1015 daysminimum in amonth.

    PreferredExperience:
    • Shouldhave commercial experience of handling customers from industriessuch as adhesives printing inks paper chemicals etc. would be anadded advantage.
    • Exposure in handling Keyaccounts as well as mid & small sizecustomers
    • Experience in handling customers fromdifferent regions of India
    • Competency toidentify new products/applications to grow thebusiness
