    Overview:


    Asthe Deputy Clinic Manager you will play a pivotal role inoverseeing the daily operations of the clinic ensuring efficientdelivery of healthcare services and providing leadership to theclinic staff. You will work closely with the Clinic Manager touphold high standards of patient care manage resources and drivethe success of theclinic.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Superviseand support clinic staff in delivering outstanding patientcare
    • Manage daytoday clinic operations andworkflow
    • Assist in developing and implementingclinic policies and procedures
    • Ensurecompliance with healthcare regulations andstandards
    • Oversee patient scheduling and manageappointment processes
    • Handle patient inquiriescomplaints and issues in a professionalmanner
    • Coordinate with external vendors andservice providers
    • Monitor inventory andsupplies and place orders as necessary
    • Conductstaff performance evaluations and providefeedback
    • Assist with recruitment training andonboarding of new staff
    • Contribute to budgetplanning and financial management
    • Collaboratewith the Clinic Manager on strategic planning andgoalsetting
    • Participate in quality improvementinitiatives and risk management
    • Support theimplementation of electronic health records and other technologicalsystems
    • Handle emergencies and crisismanagementeffectively

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in healthcare administration business management or arelated field
    • Previous experience in asupervisory or managerial role within a healthcaresetting
    • Strong knowledge of healthcareregulations and compliancerequirements
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Proven leadershipabilities and team management skills
    • Proficientin using healthcare management software andtools
    • Ability to multitask prioritize and solveproblems effectively
    • Understanding of financialmanagement and budgeting
    • Exceptionalorganizational and time managementskills
    • Capability to work in a fastpaced anddynamic healthcare environment
    • Familiarity withelectronic health records and healthcaretechnology
    • Certification in healthcaremanagement or a relevant field is aplus
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information withdiscretion
    • Experience in quality improvementand risk management initiatives
