RoleOverview

We are looking for anexperienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architectwith experience in solution development and functional analysisinto largescale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture with a handsonapproach in designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics365 products working with both onshore and offshore developmentteams. The focus of this role will be on all presales activitiesaround the Dynamics 365 platform as well as methodology diagnosticsand highlevel solution architecting. You will also contribute toproposal development and provide input in business developmentwhile mentor junior and offshorestaff.

This role is thereforekingpin to the firms customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365solutions. It is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join arapidly developing business area within an established andmarketleading global firm.

Requirements

• Indepthknowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE including appropriateArchitect level certifications. Relevant experience on variousearlier versions of Dynamics CRM likeCRM 4.0etc.
• Strong implementation experience withPower Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual AgentsPower BI RPA etc.) including appropriate Architect levelcertification
• Broad understanding of softwaredevelopment lifecycle Development management Release managementData migration cutover planning and GoLivesupport
• Exposure in Cloud StorageServices (Azure SQL Blob storageetc.)
• Experiencewith Azure Platform and Integration Services including LogicAppsFunctions Azure Service Busetc.
• Experience working with offshoredevelopment teams
• Experienceof AgileMethodology
• Certification inTOGAF or Zachman Framework would bebeneficial
• Knowledgeof other Marketing products are desirable Click Dimension or AdobeMarketing Cloud D365 for Marketingetc.
• Graduate from a recognized University withmajors in computational discipline (Computer Science InformationTechnology etc.)
• Minimum of 15 yrs of provenexperience in implementing EndToEnd Large scale solutions involvingDynamics CE(CRM)
• Should have architecteddesigned and implemented atleast 78 full scale industry solutionsusing Dynamics CE (CRM) Integrations PowerPlatform
• Strong understanding of industrydomains like Banking Finance Healthcare Insurance TelecomManufacturing etc.
• Ability toarchitect solutions that involve multiregionimplementations
• Strongtechnical leadership for engagements and ability to present to theCSuite stakeholders
• Ability to architect anddesign Digital Transformation programs involving multipletechnologies
• Strong presalesexperience/expertise with thought leadership on Solutionofferings
• Excellent presentation anddemonstration skills ability to influence and ease decision makingfor Senior Technical Executives of clients (CTO DigitalTransformation Officers etc.)
• Abilityto handle distributed large teams and deliver qualitysolutions

Responsibilities

• TheSolution Architect will lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics365 solutions
• Be a champion/SME (Subject MatterExpert) for both technical and functional solutions across theMicrosoft platform driving the adoption of new features andtechnology
• Possess strong understanding ofDynamics 365 & power platform stack and stay relevant withnew features
• Lead technical forums andcommunities to share knowledge with widergroup
• Design and development of domain specificimplementations; Influence usage of out of the box Dynamics 365functionality giving the firm a competitiveadvantage
• Identify skillingopportunities and define training needs within theteam
• Coach other teammembers and help in reducing skillsgaps
• Identifyopportunities and work for industry specific Solution Offeringsthat will be market differentiator for thefirm
• Meet and exceed customer expectations onbusiness knowledge skills andbehaviour.
• Identify business/projectrisk and mitigate or communicate asnecessary.
• Ensureprogress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formallyand informally
• Identify practice developmentactivities and help in defining how these will bedelivered
• Carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed byDirectors
• In all activities ensure timelycompletion of internal processes and mandatorytraining
• Represent the firm in aprofessional and positive manner at alltimes.
