    Job Overview

    As a Receptionist at Sanghvi group , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, with a preference for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
    • Positive and professional attitude.
    • Experience in inbound marketing is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome clients, candidates, and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner, taking messages as necessary.
    • Respond to email inquiries and forward them to the appropriate team members.
    • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Manage the company's main email account and distribute inquiries to the relevant departments.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, both internally and externally.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry, as needed.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
    • Keep updated records of office expenses and manage petty cash.
