    Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, fluency in multiple languages, and a passion for delivering world-class support to our international clientele. As an International Technical Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds with their technical inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide technical assistance and support to international customers via phone.
    2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
    3. Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language(s) to understand their technical problems and provide accurate solutions.
    4. Research and identify solutions to resolve technical issues efficiently, considering cultural and regional differences.
    5. Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures, adapting communication style to suit their level of technical expertise.
    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    7. Document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in a clear and concise manner.
    8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and industry best practices.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    2. Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
    3. Fluency in English and proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
    4. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
    5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
