What will you do? (Responsibilities):
You will be executing the below mentioned responsibilities


Recruitment Process Management:

• Oversee the endtoend recruitment process, from workforce planning and job profiling to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Work together with hiring managers to determine priorities for recruitment, define clear expectations, and comprehend staffing needs.
• To guarantee effectiveness and efficiency in the hiring process, observe and enhance recruitment metrics.
• Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and industry events, to attract top talent.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance employer brand and attract diverse talent.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with HR partners, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition and broader HR initiatives.
• Create and nurture an enduring rapport with outside companies, organisations, and academic institutions in order to bolster the talent pipeline.

What do we need? (Requirements):

• Master's in Business Administration/Human resource/Social Work is must
• Proven experience of 6+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting the Sales, Marketing and Service Industry.
• Hands on experience on Mass/Niche lateral hiring. Handling campus drives will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies in a fastpaced environment.
• Indepth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
• Able to analyse and display hiring metrics to facilitate datadriven decisionmaking
