    Book Keeping for ACMA SR

    a) Prepare Bank Receipts for incoming cheques

    b) Prepare cheques / bank payment vouchers /payment advice and Journal vouchers for Suppliers Bills

    c) Entry of Petty Cash Vouchers

    d) Prepare Income and Expenditure Accounts for Events

    e) Prepare outstanding for Events

    4.

    Budget

    Annual Budget

    a) Preparation of Annual Budget Income and Expenses and comparison with last 4 years actuals

    b) Preparation of Budget Vs Actual on quarterly basis

    For Events

    a) Prepare Budget slips with details on Total Budget, Budget Available, and Budget approved; and calculate income w.r.t expense

    b) Update on deficits if any, as per the reason mention by the concerned Function Head

    c) Ensure statutory requirements pertaining to GST and TDS

    5.

    Events Accounts Management

    a) Prepare accounts, and income and expenditure for events conducted at the end of every month as per PM 10

    b) Coordinate with Head Office and Regional Finance & Accounts incumbent for inputs pertaining to the region

    c) Analyze the actual income and expense

    d) Analyze ledger accounts of events

    e) Analyze service tax received on a monthly basis

    f) Track outstanding pertaining to events such as participation fee, sponsorship; and update the specific functions/teams on the same

    g) Prepare expenditure account and forward the same to the concerned Function Head/ Team Leader Finance and Accounts

    Secondary Responsibility

    Additional Responsibility

    a) Any other additional responsibility as assigned by the Team Member Overall Accounts - HO or Team Leader Finance & Accounts

    Key Result Areas

    1.

    Coordinate with Regional Secretary / Team Leader Finance and Accounts for all aspects of Finance and Accounts, and regular updation of same

    2.

    Finalization and preparation of books of accounts on a quarterly basis within stipulated timeframe

    3.

    Closing of Books of Accounts for the previous year and opening of Books of Accounts for the new financial year by April

    4.

    Finalization of ACMA SR Accounts by May

    5.

    Timely preparation of accounts, and income and expenditure for events conducted on a monthly basis

    6.

    Periodic (monthly) reporting on regional accounts and event accounts

    7.

    Generate MIS and reports within stipulated timeframe and as per ISO process , as and when required

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors in Commerce

    Preferred/Additional Qualifications

    Masters in Commerce

    Minimum Experience

    4 -5 years
