    IT Asset Manager

    We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of our organization's IT assets and ensure efficient tracking, allocation, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including laptops, phones, SIM cards, and digital accounts.
    • Assign IT assets and digital accounts to employees during onboarding and ensure timely recovery during offboarding.
    • Manage procurement, distribution, and disposal of IT assets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with policies.
    • Track recurring and one-time payments for IT services and subscriptions, coordinating with the Accounts and Finance teams.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4+ years in IT asset management or a related role.
    • Proficiency in IT asset tracking software and digital account management tools.
    • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and license lifecycle management.
    • Expertise in MS Office applications.
