    Job Description:

    As a Project Analyst at People Prime Worldwide, you will provide full support to Program/Project Managers in their role of Program/Project Delivery. You will work within a structured team environment with some having line management responsibilities.

    You will be responsible for providing project schedule, cost, and finance information to aid the Program/Project control and monitoring.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Financial Planning;
    • Monitoring and Reviewing Budget Reports;
    • Working on the Overall Project Schedule and Providing Status Updates;
    • Developing, Designing, and Establishing Reporting Standards;
    • Developing a Communication Plan for the Project;
    • Understanding Client Requirements;
    • Sets Goals and Targets;
    • Co-ordination across Business Units Affecting the Project;
    • Collaborates Closely with the Project Team;
    • Full Accurate and On-Time Execution of Standard Project Management Processes.

    What You Bring:

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Bachelor's Degree – Preferred in IT or Engineering;
    • 3-4 Years of Experience in IT in a Projectized Environment;
    • Any Project Management Certification / Training would be an Advantage;
    • Must have Experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
    • Strong Organizational Skills Required; Including Good Time Management Skills;
    • Excellent Communication Skills (Both Written and Oral);
    • Ability and Comfort Interacting with All Levels of Management, Business Leaders, and Technology Stakeholders;
    • Strong Attention to Detail;
    • Motivated, Reliable Self-Starter;
    • Team Player with a Positive Attitude.
