- Partof the dedicated team to assist during onboarding andprescriptionupdates
- Scanthrough discharge summary and guidelines by the Cardiologist tofill the Customised HealthPackage
- Ensuring 100% accurateentry of inputs for the following with clinical context using thedischarge summary
- Refer to theguidelines by the cardiologist for lifestyle modifications andaccordingly choose the modules needed for thepatient
- Incorporating changes tothe Customised Health Package after first review by theCardiologist
- Ensuring finalvalidation/approval of the Customised Health Package by theCardiologist via the company POC
- To review andapprove any digitization of uploaded prescriptionsor prescription changes to ensure 100% accuracy in eachentry
- Degree:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor ofSurgery
- Fellowship in Clinical Cardiology is aplus
- Experience:One plus year experience in Government/Privatehospital
- Language:English Hindi orMarathi
- Skills:
- Clinical understanding of post ACS cases toensure accurate entries
- Ability to work incross functional settings and coordinate with variety ofstakeholders like doctors and operations team
- Tech savvy and can work with computers phonesand tablets in a remote setting
- Clearcommunication skills to interact with company POC and Cardiologistto ensure timely changes are incorporated
- Strong computer skills withknowledge of Microsoft Programs such Word PowerPoint Exceletc
- 6 days working 5 days fromoffice and Sat isWFH
