Job Title: Media Billing and Reconciliation Specialist for Online / Offline channels

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Billing and Reconciliation Specialist with experience in online/offline channels to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring billing accuracy for all digital marketing campaigns, TV, Radio. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure billing processes align with campaign/marketing goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Review and reconcile Digital & Traditional marketing campaigns (TV, Radio, etc.) on various mediums to ensure accurate billing.

❖ Partner with cross-functional teams based onshore to define and document billing processes and ensure they align with campaign timelines.

❖ Ensure all Media partners assigned to you are reconciled on a monthly basis ahead of monthly payment run and that all media invoices received for the month have been entered into the platform for payment.

❖ Control and manage billing discrepancies, if any, in a timely manner and collaborate with team members to resolve them

❖ Communicate with internal teams & partners (TV stations) to ensure billing accuracy, troubleshoot billing discrepancies or adjustment, and correct billing errors when necessary.

❖ Cross-check invoices with platforms to ensure accuracy.

❖ Work with the teams to actualize any rolling budgets month over month.

❖ Liaison with internal billing departments, accurately code, upload, and reconcile media budgets. ❖ Communicate status of campaign financials and maintain relationships with partners and onshore teams.

❖ Assist team managers in monthly closing and preparation of necessary reports.

❖ Ensure compliance with company and industry billing standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, and/or reconciliation or platforms like Prisma or any media related reconciliation software
• Experience working in digital media required.
• Excellent understanding of invoicing and accounts receivable, with MS Excel skills
• Experience using a billing management system for financial reporting and analytics.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
• High level of accuracy and problem-solving skills
• Analytical and process-driven approach to work
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Open to work in US shift hours (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM)
