Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with information about our services
• Manage a database of potential clients and follow up with them regularly
• Identify and qualify leads, and forward them to the sales team
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume and sales
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process
