- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Fluent in English and any local language
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with information about our services
- Manage a database of potential clients and follow up with them regularly
- Identify and qualify leads, and forward them to the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process
