    Position: Sales Executive

    Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

    Salary: INR 30,000 per month (starting)

    Job Summary:

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling our services in the healthcare and education sectors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid position that requires both field and remote work, so the candidate must have their own bike and laptop.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and education sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as hospital administrators, school principals, and educational institutions.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or education industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must possess a valid driving license and have their own bike for traveling within the assigned territory.
    • Must have a personal laptop to support remote work requirements.
    • Basic knowledge of the healthcare and education sectors would be advantageous.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
