    Job Description:

    ClifyX is on the lookout for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for advancing our online presence and engagement across key social media platforms and through targeted marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be someone who has not only a solid foundation in digital marketing but also specific experience in promoting services within the realms of Data Analytics, Gen AI, Data Engineering, and Data Science. This role is crucial for amplifying our brand, showcasing our expertise, and engaging effectively with our target clientele.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Management and Engagement:
    • Actively manage and update our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter profiles with content that demonstrates our company's leadership and innovation in Data Analytics, Gen AI, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
    • Engage our audience with bi-monthly discussions about ClifyX on social media, maintaining high visibility and fostering interactions with our content.
    • Leverage analytics tools to monitor engagement and refine our social media strategy as needed.

    Content Marketing:

    • Craft and implement a content marketing strategy that highlights our Data and SAP Analytics services, as well as our expertise in Gen AI, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
    • Produce and disseminate various forms of content, such as brochures, case studies, blog posts, and videos, to educate and engage our target audience about our services and solutions.
    • Encourage potential clients to connect with us through targeted, informative content, promoting dialogue and interest in our offerings.

    Lead Generation and Nurturing:

    • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads, utilizing email, social media, and other digital channels, with a focus on our specialized services.
    • Maintain robust communication workflows via emails and messages on LinkedIn or other platforms to keep potential clients engaged with ClifyX.
    • Consistently provide prospects with updates, case studies, and relevant information to nurture their interest and elicit responses.

    Website Management and SEO:

    • Supervise the ClifyX website to ensure it is optimized for content relevance, user experience, and conversion efficacy.
    • Implement SEO strategies to prominently feature our website in search results for keywords related to our specialized services.
    • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify trends, optimize performance, and capture leads.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Perform ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging customer needs within our fields of expertise.
    • Utilize analytics tools to gauge the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to enhance outcomes.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Foster and manage relationships with both potential and existing clients through regular updates, communications, and follow-ups.
    • Ensure consistent delivery of information about ClifyX's services and updates, keeping our brand at the forefront of clients' minds.
      • Marketing Bench IT Talents
      :
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ClifyX's Bench IT talents to potential and existing clients, highlighting the unique skills, expertise, and readiness of our consultants for various projects.
    • Create engaging content and campaigns that showcase the strengths and capabilities of our Bench IT talents, facilitating quicker placement and client project fulfillment.

    Sustainability Initiatives:

    • Lead the marketing communications around ClifyX's commitment to sustainability, crafting messages that underline our environmentally conscious practices and initiatives. This includes showcasing our efforts in reducing carbon footprint, engaging in community outreach, and implementing sustainable technologies in our operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights on sustainability efforts, translating these into compelling narratives for our audience.

    Employee Testimonials and Journeys:

    • Curate and share stories from our existing employees about their journeys and experiences at ClifyX, highlighting career growth, learning opportunities, and the supportive work environment.
    • Utilize various formats such as video interviews, blog posts, and social media stories to deliver authentic and relatable content that resonates with both potential clients and prospective employees.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
    • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in social media management, content marketing, SEO, and lead generation strategies. Experience in the technology sector, particularly with services in Data Analytics, Gen AI, Data Engineering, and Data Science, strongly preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools. Familiarity with marketing automation software is a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
