    Business developmentPromoting the school in the best possible way by providing customerservice excellence to parents and visitorsCoordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents andvisitors promoting the USPs and presenting the school in the bestpossible way to ensure the school achieves or exceeds the enrolmenttargets Lead the parent journey mapping andmeasuring customer service at all points support brand promise andencourage parent endorsement MarketingDevelop and update communication channels such as newsletters andsocial media (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) in accordance with theMarketing Strategy to promote the school to both existing andpotentially new parents Promote the schoolby identifying newsworthy stories for the media and PRopportunities Guide and regularly reviewsignages collaterals touch points etc.

    and ensure that the schoolmeets branding guidelines as defined and stipulated by CorporateOffice Conduct research into the marketplacemonitoring changes and developments Organizeparent/community events in order to engage parents at promotingschool brand awareness and enhanceenrolments In conjunction with theOperations head and the Corporate Team assist with the developmentand implementation of the school marketing strategy as a key driverof enrolments and ensuring all marketing material including digitalcommunication is always current Incollaboration with the Operations head develop an events calendarto support the enrolment activities for the academicyear Activate Corporate tie ups as communitycrecheLogistics:
    Track and manage Logistics (current stock maintenance and timelyprocurement towards exhausted material)

    Oversee bus services provided to the children either by or anyother third party vendor Staff Management:
    Help in Recruitment for all Annual performance goals appraisalscounseling them by offering corrective advise and action ifperformance dips Retentionactivities Inservice training workshops toimprove staff performance Assist in class ifnecessary and/or arrange for relief staff in the absence of ateacher Attendance and leavemanagement Regular meets with Teachers andOther School Staff to manage review progress and effectiveness ofthe various programs offered Manage parentgrievances and concerns promptly in conjunction with the TeachersHealth and safety: Follow all the health andsafety protocols for children and staffUndertake Fire Evacuation Drills and other Health and SafetyExercises regularly and maintain recordsMaintain First Aid Box and provide/guide regular First Air
