    Responsibilities:

    1

    Excellent Understanding of Diamonds/Jewellery to encounter & resolve pricing issues ( with respect to quality and price)

    2

    Experience in B2B sales having experience in servicing accounts of chain stores

    3

    Maintain and build excellent relationships with the clients down in the system

    4

    Should be well versed with working patterns/processes/ systems etc of chain stores

    5

    Having knowledge of front end and back end processes of how chain stores work will be an added advantage

    6

    Should be presentable & matured enough to deal with big accounts.

    7

    Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages by giving them all necessary information relevant to the shipment/activity in coordination with Customer Services.

    8

    Should be excellent in people management, interact with people down the line and backend processes.

    Preferred Experience and Skills:

    • Passionate about jewellery/fashion
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Data analysis and statistical aptitude, Good interpersonal skills.
