Position:- Sales Co -ordinator (Female )

Manufacturing firm

Experience- 3 + year

Punching SO of new orders in Tally and making dispatch plan.

To Make a Benchmark of the Sales team monthly/weekly.

Preparing Quotation and handling customer inquiries, processing vendor registration documents,

Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested

Handle rejections and replacements of customers and close them on timely manner

Customer Visit for order.

Making of sales report, submitting daily sales, weekly and monthly sales report to management.

Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
