    QualificationsandSkills
    • 7to 10 years of experience in sales and distribution of HVACproducts
    • Strong knowledge of the HVAC industryproducts and market trends
    • Proven track recordof achieving sales targets and expanding distributionnetwork
    • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop andmaintain relationships with keystakeholders
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
    • Experience in conductingmarket research and competitoranalysis
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRMsoftware
    • Bachelors degree in MechanicalEngineering or relatedfield

    RolesandResponsibilities
    • Developand implement strategic plans to expand the distribution networkfor HVAC products in the assignedregion
    • Establish and maintain relationshipswith channel partners dealers anddistributors
    • Manage and train the sales team toachieve sales targets and objectives
    • Monitormarket trends competitor activities and customer needs to identifybusiness opportunities
    • Provide technicalsupport and product knowledge to customers and salesteam
    • Prepare and present sales forecastsreports and budgets
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure smooth order processing deliveryand aftersales support
    • Conduct regularperformance reviews of the sales team and provide coaching andfeedback
