- Design, plan and execute the best effective marketing campaigns and strategies for all business lines
- Lead, conceptualize & manage performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across offline, BTL & digital media platforms
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Drive brand positioning, differentiation, and brand equity to enhance market share and brand awareness.
- Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc
- Identify channels for brand reach and lead-generation activities
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Drive brand awareness and online presence through SEO-optimized content creation and strategic social media management.
- Supervise and mentor the content creation and SEO teams, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and drives traffic.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights, data analytics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Planning and budgetary control of all marketing and technology efforts and being responsible for all campaign deliverables
- Determine KPIs for the marketing team
- Work closely with customer and sales teams
- Stay well-informed about the industry's advancements and emerging marketing technologies.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills and effective collaborations with other teams.
- Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
- Post Graduation in Marketing/ MBA from a premier institute like IIM/ISB/XLRI or any top Business school
- 10-15 years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- focusing on marketing expansion.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a leadership role
