    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at HackerKernel located in Bhopal. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies for business growth. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

    HackerKernel is actively searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Services Bidder. We are looking for a candidate with a profound understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms, possessing exceptional bidding skills for various IT services. This role involves proactively seeking, bidding, and securing projects across a diverse range of IT domains.

    Responsibilities:

    Experienced in the processes involved in bidding for IT projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

    Conduct research to identify potential projects and opportunities for bidding.

    Assist in preparing and submitting compelling proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company's capabilities and expertise.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective bidding strategies.

    Follow up on submitted proposals and engage in negotiations with clients to secure projects.

    Maintain accurate records of bids, client interactions, and project outcomes.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT services and sales.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and platforms.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
