Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Tuni, Andhra Pradesh. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales in the assigned area. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and convincing skills, and a strong understanding of the building materials industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Qualification
• Diploma, secondary or any graduate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
• Experience with Dealers and Distributor's.

Experience in building materials, paints, plywood's etc.
