In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Ruby on Rails development to assess the technical skills and proficiency of potential candidates applying for Ruby on Rails developer positions. As a freelance interviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we hire top talent who can contribute effectively to our projects and teams.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
3. Strong expertise in Ruby programming language and Ruby on Rails framework.
4. In-depth understanding of web development concepts, including MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design.
5. Proficiency in evaluating candidates' code quality, readability, and adherence to coding standards.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to assess candidates' technical skills objectively and provide constructive feedback.
