- Levarage advance analytical techniques
- Able to understand business perspective and proactively identify solutions with business problem.
- Innovate analytical solutions through Machine learning models for improved business performance.
- Apply relevant Analytics algorithm to get actionable insights from internal / external data.
- Liaise across other teams to lead initiatives for ensuring adequate data capture and structured data storage.
- Partner with Tech teams to create deployment roadmap
- work with cross functional stakeholders to increase adaption of analytics in decision making.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with prior focus in Machine Learning
- MBA or Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics etc
- B.Tech/B.E. or bachelor's in Computer science or any other stream
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries and proficient in Python / Pyspark, R
- Predictive modeling skills
- Data Modelling Knowledge, Experience and Good Understanding Advance Machine Learning Concepts – NLP, Neural network
- Knowledge and exposure to cloud analytics platform like AWS
- Prior experience in developing Machine Learning Models is a must
- Strong Business Acumen with out of the box thinking
- Strong communications skills with ability to develop and communicate complex concepts and ideas
