    We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the fast-growing field of cloud communication infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, qualify leads, understand clients' needs, and drive revenue growth.     Responsibilities :

    • Qualify the New Lead : Research and qualify new leads and add them to the sales pipeline by Cold Calling, Emails and LinkedIn
    • Customer Interaction : Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, identifying sales opportunities and following up on leads.
    • Customer Onboarding : Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information either via email or on call and if needed, explain and demonstrate the product and its features.
    • Contract Management: Proficiently managing customer contracts to ensure successful deals and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain Customer Relationship : Creating and maintaining a rapport with existing and potential customers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree will be preferred. (BBA/ MBA/ BCA)
    • Proven strong experience in inbound sales and handling customers.
    • 0-2 years experience in the same field. (Fresher with technical background may apply)
    • Able to handle pressure.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Excellent presentation and product demo capabilities.
    • Strong contract closure skills.
    • Prior work experience in CRM or sales tools will be a plus for this role.
    • Good listening skills for customer needs and able to nurture in the proper way.
    • A person should be result oriented and a task achiever.
