Experience - Sales in FMCG is must.
Job description:
Driving Primary and Secondary sales to ensure that company targets are achieved as per
AOP.
• Distribution management, monitor distributor service levels, stock norms are strictly
followed by the distributors & ensuring distributor infrastructure in line with business
expectations.
• Proper verification and submission of distributor claims as per company norms and
submission timelines.
• Liaising with CFAs & depots to check on the progress of distributor orders & Stock
movement.
• To engage with marketing teams, Supply chain teams and Channel partners to ensure that
common goals are achieved.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Retailers, visiting potential Retailers
to prospect new business.
• Closely monitoring outlet wise performance of Sales generating assets and redeploying low
thruput assets.
• Movement & Monitoring of different SKU's- "Ensuring FMFO".
• To manage the product integrity with respect to product temperature, storage hygiene.
