    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Implementingthe IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework within the EarlyYears setting.
    • Planning and delivering engagingdevelopmentally appropriate lessons that cater to individuallearning needs and promote inquirybasedlearning.
    • Creating a supportive and stimulatinglearning environment that encourages curiosity exploration andsocialemotional development.
    • Collaborating withcolleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary units ofinquiry that align with IB standards and cater to the holisticgrowth of students.
    • Assessing student progressthrough ongoing observation formative assessments and authentictasks while maintaining accurate records of theirdevelopment.
    • Establishing positive partnershipswith parents/guardians to foster a cohesive learning community andprovide regular updates on studentsprogress.
    • Actively participating inprofessional development opportunities and staying updated on bestpractices in Early Years education and IBpedagogy.

    Qualifications andSkills:
    • Bachelor sdegree in Early Childhood Education Primary Education or a relevantfield. IB certification or experience with the IB curriculum ishighly desirable.
    • Prior experience working withchildren in an Early Years setting demonstrating a strongunderstanding of child development and educationalmethodologies.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively engage with students parentsand colleagues.
    • Ability to create a nurturingand inclusive learning environment that supports the socialemotional and academic growth of younglearners.
    • Adaptability creativity and a passionfor fostering inquirybased learningexperiences.
