JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position title:
Project Manager

Location:
Bawal, HR

Work Schedule: 5 days, General Shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project scopes and coordinate with internal and external resources to determine best path for completion.
Develop detailed budgets for completion of transition projects.
Develop detailed project schedules in cooperation with other team members to control project activities in accordance with company objectives, project scope, and milestones to satisfy requirements.
Coordinate purchases and deliveries for all items required for projects.
Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to ensure compliance on project goals and deliverables.
Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of project milestones.
Oversee all site activity associated with project.
SPOC for IOD, PMP, PLP and manage all internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master degree in engineering or equivalent

Work Experience:

Minimum 58 years' experience in Project management experience with PMP certification.
Experience using MS Project to ensure the project meets schedule expectations.
Welldeveloped contract management and change order skills.
Sound technical aptitude and proven ability to grasp general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies with superior computer usage skills.
Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings.
Effective verbal and written communication skills on a technical level with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of project accounting concepts, including percentage of completion, earned value and accounting techniques.

Works independently and receives minimal guidance and provides guidance to less experienced staff.
