Description
We are looking for someone to manage our day to day engagement with a large conglomerate based at Chennai. The role will encompass Account Management, stakeholder management and Revenue Targets.
The incumbent will have to be able to interact and connect with Business and HR Leaders and various stakeholders, and be the face of Laksh HR for them.
S/he will ensure that things are running smoothly, Client is happy and there are no gaps in our understanding and execution.

You have led engagements with large clients, or have worked on mid to senior mandates in Corporate roles as well as niche Non-IT roles.
You have been growing constantly in your roles/ revenue.
You are articulate, driven and a go-getter.
Experience Required-
Overall experience of 4+ years, with at least 1 year of independent work
Must have handled revenue targets and large clients independently
Must have worked with senior leaders and be strong with stake holder management
