CTC (Cost to Company): 3 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate - 7 days

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking dynamic and results-driven Telecallers to join our expanding team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving set targets. If you have excellent communication skills and prior calling experience, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers within the assigned locations.

Clearly articulate product features and benefits to generate interest.

2. Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.

3. Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability.

Confirm appointments and ensure seamless coordination.

4. Customer Follow-up:

Initiate follow-up calls with existing customers for feedback and satisfaction.

Address customer queries promptly and professionally.

5. Achieve Targets:

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and appointment setting.

6. Communication Skills:

Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in [mention required languages].

Effectively handle objections and provide accurate information to potential customers.

7. Data Management:

Update customer information, call status, and other relevant details in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on call activities and results.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar outbound calling role.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in [mention required languages].

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
