    • Demonstratedability to contribute to requirement gatherings for enhancementsand propose process improvementideas.
    • Experiencedin supporting deployment activities including implementation andhypercarerelatedtasks.
    • Knowledgeablein HCMrelated topics with a strong understanding of Time &Absence configuration hire to retire business processes supervisoryorganization setups and relatedmodules.
    • Strongunderstanding and expertise in configuring impacting and assessingchanges to businessprocesses.
    • Proficientin EIB loads and data conversionprocesses.
