Job Profile:

• Responsible for Data acquisition, storage, administration, and maintenance.
• Analyze large scale data and Illustrate through various reports to take Business decisions.
• Maintain and Improve Information Processes for seamless, on time dataflow, also Perform routine Data Checks.
• Involve in planning Talent Needs as per Business forecast.
• Responsible for all communications & coordination related to Human Resource demand and fulfilment within the Company.
• Act as a catalyst to take process forward and keep a track on progress.
• Plan and drive Talent Management initiatives for optimum resource utilization and enhanced productivity.

Candidate Profile:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a talent management, resource management, HR field etc.
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
