KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spread awareness about the Vision, Mission, Values, and IMS policy of the organization.
• Ensure necessary ISO certifications are obtained and maintained.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining simple and user-friendly IMS documentation with support from other departments.
• Review IMS documents before sign-off and release.
• Participate in maintaining and improving the organization's IMS processes.
• Plan and execute IMS external audits.
• Coordinate with certification bodies for audit planning and execution.
• Submit systematic closure of external audit findings with relevant evidence.
• Plan and conduct IMS internal audits and follow up for closure of findings.
• Prepare Factory Acceptance Protocols, Inspection & Test Plans, and Quality plans.
• Participate in Cross Functional Teams to resolve quality issues.
• Enhance internal customer satisfaction by providing timely service.
• Coordinate the purchase of technical standards.
• Organize Management Review Meetings and monitor action points.
• Prepare various MIS related to IMS Site NCRs.
• Establish a nonconformance management process focusing on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with plant departments for quick resolution of site complaints.
• Work on systems and practices to enhance safety and environmental protection.
• Direct and support personnel to contribute to IMS effectiveness.
• Contribute to Aspect Impact analysis and implement control measures.
• Participate in the implementation of ISO standards.
