    Greeting Visitors:

    • Welcome and assist visitors and guests as they enter the office or facility, creating a positive and professional first impression.

    Answering Phones:

    • Manage incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments, and provide information or assistance to callers.

    Reception Area Management:

    • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable, including arranging magazines and brochures.

    Appointment Scheduling:

    • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, employees, and management using scheduling software or manual booking systems.

    Visitor Registration:

    • Collect and record visitor information, issue visitor badges, and ensure security and access control if required.

    Mail and Package Handling:

    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as coordinate outgoing mail and shipments.

    Customer Inquiries:

    • Address inquiries and provide information about the organization, its products, services, or policies to clients and visitors.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
