    Description
    Manage nonfood purchasing function inplanning sourcing supplier and contract management.

    Working withthe management of suppliercompanies todevelop and execute commercial and technical agreements that willbest meet our business needs identify and interpret newandemerging requirements that will affectfuture sourcing strategies drive cost savings projects to supportour annual profit targets.

    Overseeprocurement activities and ensure timely completion of procurementand contract implementation and vendormanagement. Source and liaise with local andoverseas suppliers. Uncover businessbuilding ideas and costsavingopportunities. Strike deals throughnegotiationor lead competitive bidding.
    Build effective working relationships with local/overseasuppliers. Manage and Purchase of Nonfoodproducts stainless steel and shop machinery equipment and serviceseffectively and efficiently. Maintainservice contracts for machines/equipment grease traps aircon andchillers pest control and others. Drive theimplementation of the procurement framework in close collaborationwith the Cross functional Team. Developstrategic and operational initiatives on product cost managementquality control and supply management.

    Participating as acriticalmember of a crossfunctional team inorganizations to deliver a new product or technology to market andcreating sourcing strategies to improvethevalue availability and technology of raw and pack materials thatsupport our existing and future productlines.

    Provide regular and adhoc reportingand analysis (e.g. COGS and inventory reports procurement reportsincluding summary of vendor purchaseratesand competitors prices and product list) as needed to help drivebusiness results. Provide support forcompanies local and overseas business by ensuring all SKU areadequately and effectively placed and maintained andanyrelated compliancematters. Degree in Supply Chain ManagementPurchasing Management Logistics or BusinessAdministration At least 5 years of relevantprocurement and vendor management experience in the F&Bindustry Successful track record ofdelivering results in the areas of cost management vendormanagement quality controls and inventorymanagement Proactive resourceful andindependent Possess strong leadershipcommunication analytical decisionmaking and negotiationskills
