    Lead HRBP- Wholesale Banking (VP)

    Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders while also overseeing talent acquisition efforts within the organization.

    • Partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
    • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Team handling role.
    • Managing endtoend HRBP activities for Wholesale/ Corporate banking vertical of the bank PAN India.
