Job summary
Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance for the Hub across applicable Central & State labour laws including PSARA and Security Guard Board requirements Oversee accurate and timely calculation processing and payment of statutory dues as per defined SLAs Coordinate with Branch HR teams and outsourced compliance partners to ensure correct documentation billing support and audit readiness Manage and monitor employee data and statutory documentation ensuring completeness accuracy and easy accessibility for audits client requirements Lead facilitate internal external statutory audits including client audits labour inspections government authority visits Track implement changes in labour laws statistical policies ensuring timely communication adherence across the Hub Ensure timely application renewal maintenance of labour licenses offices client locations Handle resolve compliance related escalations queries non compliances closure within defined timelines Oversee Full Final settlements gratuity processing mediclaim GPA IP endorsements claims as per statistical company SLAs Prepare publish periodic MIS compliance dashboards audit reports management review Train guide compliance support team on statistical processes audit handling documentation standards Act single point contact for matters clients statutory authorities internal stakeholders
