    Key responsibilities will include preparing audit-related documentation, maintaining an up-to-date repository of policies and procedures, tracking audit progress, and supporting the scheduling and coordination of audit meetings.

    In addition, the successful candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Internal Control System (ICS), provide guidance to process owners on ICS-related matters, and track and report on the status of ICS deficiencies.

    Data analytics skills are essential for this role, as the individual will utilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets for audit purposes, identify trends and anomalies, and develop data-driven insights to improve business processes.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial, as the analyst will engage and communicate with senior and middle management, as well as other stakeholders.

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

    A relevant MBA degree in Finance from a reputable institution, combined with 2-4 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or related roles, is highly desirable.

    Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
