    Job Overview

    We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
    • Strong knowledge of Tally, Tax Deducted At Source (TDS), GST, PF, and company tax
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of the company's financial records
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
    • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and guidelines
    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
    • Prepare and file tax returns and handle tax-related matters
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency
