    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing and sales, with a proven track record of placing consultants on projects and maintaining a robust bench of qualified candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    Source, screen, and qualify candidates to build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals on bench status.

    Develop and maintain relationships with consultants on the bench to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.

    Actively market bench candidates to clients and secure project placements for them.

    Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants.

    Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to identify project opportunities and align bench candidates with client needs.

    Provide ongoing support and guidance to consultants on the bench throughout the project lifecycle.

    Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to inform sourcing and sales strategies.

    Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, submissions, and placements in the company's ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

    Qualifications:

    Should have 3+ years of experience as US IT Bench Sales Recruiter.

    Proven experience in IT bench sales/recruitment within the US staffing industry.

    Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

    Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

    Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
