    What does the team do?

    This team works with some of the top FMCG companies to help them achieve their brand tasks through Sharechat Network's advertising solutions. They consult the brand and the media teams to drive the best efficiency and effectiveness for their brands. We are looking for a B2B Digital Ad Sales and Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) clients, managing their advertising campaigns, and ensuring their continued satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on account management, nurturing existing client relationships, as well as bringing in new business opportunities and accounts and driving revenue growth.

    What You'll Do?

    1.Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • 2.Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned book of business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • 3.Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., ad operations, brand solutions) to ensure the successful execution of ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
  • Address any issues or adjustments needed to optimize campaign performance.
  • 4.Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, brand solutions, strategy, and other teams to align sales efforts.
  • Who are you?

    1.Sales and Negotiation Skills:

  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to close campaigns effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure rates.
  • 2.Presentation and Communication Skills:

  • Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3.Industry and Market Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, and
  • competitive landscape.
  • Ability to leverage market insights to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • 4.Experience:

  • 5 - 9 years of previous work experience in digital ad sales, key account management, and B2B Revenue.
