Job Title: Business Analyst - Cards and Payments

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon & Chennai

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to spearhead various aspects of project delivery within the Investment Banking domain. This role involves collaborating with a diverse stakeholder group across multiple global regions and product lines to drive global change programs. The responsibilities include business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, technical design partnership with IT, functional test strategizing and execution, and coordination of user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate must possess robust relationship management skills and excel in managing requirements and testing across Operations and IT teams, both cross-divisionally and globally. This position is pivotal in supporting projects aimed at regulatory and industry-driven changes.

Role Description:

• Payments BA with extensive experience in Debit Cards & Payments.
• Analyze Debit Card Settlement & Reconciliation issues and collaborate with IT and Operations to resolve them.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues to be added to the Product Backlog by the BA and complete Discovery with Requirements as output.
• Engage in discussions with IT and Solution Architects based on the above analysis.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in prioritizing gathered requirements (Data, Functional, Non-Functional oversight) to determine the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in stakeholder management.
• Communicate requirements to Stewardship, documenting and articulating use cases to support the captured requirements.
• Prior experience working with a global bank is essential; prior Client experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Payments and cross-border transfers would be advantageous.
