    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analytics & Reporting Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will architect and build the marketing analytics function for Axtria Marketing, combining creative and analytical skills to drive business growth.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign and channel measurement, data analysis and visualization, and advising cross-functional teams on how to optimize marketing efforts. They will generate and operationalize insights to make data-driven decisions in marketing, driving revenue growth and accelerating business performance.

    This role requires collaboration with product and portfolio teams to align on metrics and goals across the company. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with digital and other teams to bring structure to marketing efforts and create a culture of data-driven decision making.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate data into actionable stories about customer experience and marketing campaign effectiveness
    • Proactively manage Axtria's reporting processes and elevate them to holistic insights and recommendations
    • Optimize reports and formatting to ensure easy information consumption, including standard report formats and data normalization
    • Advise on reporting processes, uncovering opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing and sales funnel
    • Lead the firm forward, ensuring high-quality data and analytics across systems
    • Identify issues with database integrity and reporting capabilities through improved processes and data quality
    • Assist in understanding demand generation and lead nurture efforts to improve business development
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in the marketing technology stack and advise stakeholders on its use
    • Maintain expertise in marketing compliance with customer privacy and legal requirements
    • Identify target audiences and gather analytics to prepare strategies for success in marketing campaigns
    • Track lead-to-revenue management performance, analyze sales funnels and customer intent, and work with marketing operations and demand generation teams to optimize marketing funnel performance
    • Track and report on customer journeys, touchpoints, and campaign performance
    • Develop regular reports, ad-hoc analytic requests, and data visualizations

    Requirements and Skills

    • 7-10 years' experience in marketing analytics, data modeling, and analysis; experience in building a data warehouse is a plus
    • Strategic thinking and ability to provide insights to the business based on data analysis
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA process resulting in accurate reporting
    • Strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine tactic effectiveness, ROI, and pipeline building
    • Experience working with cross-cultural teams
    • Deep experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
    • Strong proficiency with MAT and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce
    • Data analysis and presentation skills
    • Hands-on knowledge of analyzing data from various marketing platforms/tools, including Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Sprout Social, Hotjar, Google Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
    • Ability to take direction and provide strategic insight
    • Ability to work well with detail-orientated technical specialists
    • Team player; cross-functional collaboration
    • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
    • Strong technical and analytical skills
    • Ability to communicate with candor and respect
    • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
    • Experience with analyzing PPC campaigns and LinkedIn paid campaigns
