User Experience Lead - Bengaluru, India - Cyble Inc.

What You'll Do:

• As a Product Designer/UX Lead, you will be working closely with key internal stakeholders including our developers and product managers to design engaging experiences for our product.
• You will be involved with various design features from kick-off to launch, defining the problem, conducting research, exploring design solutions, and validating those decisions stakeholders.
• You'll provide value by producing thoughtful work, soliciting frequent feedback, and collaborating well with others.
• Prototype and validate your ideas through research.
• Work within cross-functional teams to define the strategy for new and existing digital products.
• Communicate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.

What You'll Need:

• 8-10 Years of Experience in Product designing.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering /Technology or related field
• A very strong background of user experience design. In addition, a strong knowledge of UX processes and methodologies.
• Passion for creating products that resonate emotionally with people.
• A sharp eye for detail and highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Facilitating design ideation, prototyping, and usability test efforts.
• Basic knowledge on Designing for Rich Internet Applications, Design for Hand-Held Devices, Responsive Web Design, and Accessibility
• Basic knowledge with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe illustrator.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
