- Experience in participating and conducting the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR)
- Preparation of slides and experience in participating and conducting the SOI Audits
- Preparation of software certification documents as per DO178B/C guidelines.
- Technically lead the project and guide/mentors the other members in the team.
- Knowledge on Boeing D6 standards and Airbus ABD standards.
- Familiarity with IBM DOORS, Polarion, ClearCase and ClearQuest is an advantage
- Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods.
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
- Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.
- Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures.
- Understand the interfaces and behaviors of external software and hardware components that interact with the currently developed component.
- Learn and be able to use test equipment (e.g. Logic Analyzer) and software debugging tools to aid in the integration process. Learn techniques and skills required to identify a root cause of a given software integration issue.
