    5. Strategicthinking and problemsolving skills.
    6. Familiarity with project management tools andmethodologies.
    7. Resultsoriented with a focus onclient satisfaction and projectsuccess.
    Responsibilities will includethe role of a:
    1. ProgramManagement:
    • Developplan and execute programs/projects from initiation tocompletion.
    • Coordinate crossfunctional teamsto meet project milestones and deliverables.
    • Monitor and report on project progress ensuring adherence totimelines andbudgets.
    1. StakeholderManagement:
    • Identifyand engage with key stakeholders understanding their needs andexpectations.
    • Build and maintain positiverelationships with internal and externalstakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively withstakeholders keeping them informed of projectdevelopments.
    1. KeyAccounts Management:
    • Manageand nurture relationships with key clientaccounts.
    • Understand client requirements andexpectations ensuring the delivery of highquality products orservices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams toaddress client needs and resolve issuespromptly.
    1. StrategicPlanning:
    • Contributeto the development and implementation of strategic plans forprograms stakeholder engagement or keyaccounts.
    • Provide insights and recommendationsto enhance program efficiency and stakeholdersatisfaction.
    1. RiskManagement:
    • Identifypotential risks and develop strategies to mitigatethem.
    • Proactively address issues that mayimpact the success of programs stakeholder engagement or accountmanagement.
    1. ReportingandDocumentation:
    • Prepareregular reports for management and stakeholders summarizingproject/account progress and highlighting keymetrics.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodatedocumentation related to programs stakeholders oraccounts.
