We are looking for a skilled and experienced SQMS Coordinator to join our team at May I Help You. As an SQMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's quality management system is implemented and maintained effectively. This includes coordinating and monitoring quality control activities, conducting audits, and providing training and support to employees. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality management systems and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7-10 years of experience in quality management systems
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are preferred
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's quality management system (QMS) in compliance with industry standards
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits to measure compliance with QMS requirements
• Ensure that all employees are trained on QMS policies and procedures
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding quality control activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management systems
• Prepare reports and documentation related to the QMS for management review
