Overview:Weare seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with expertisein Dynamics 365 CRM specifically in the Field Service module. Theideal candidate will play a key role in implementing andcustomizingDynamics365 CRM solutions for our clients with a focus on optimizing fieldserviceoperations.

Responsibilities:
RequirementAnalysis:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze businessrequirements related to field serviceoperations. Conductworkshops and interviews to understand current business processesand painpoints.

SolutionDesign: Designand propose effective solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRMspecifically focusing on the Field Servicemodule. Createfunctional specifications and documentation for the proposedsolutions.


Configurationand Customization:
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the clientsrequirements.
Implement and manage field service processes including work ordermanagement scheduling resource management and customercommunication.

Integration:Work with technical teams to design and implement integrationsbetween Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems (ERP HRetc.). Ensureseamless data flow and integration to support endtoend businessprocesses.

Testing:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality andreliability of implementedsolutions. Workclosely with testing teams and endusers to validatefunctionality.

Trainingand Support:Conduct training sessions for endusers and provide ongoingsupport. Addressand resolve issues reported by endusers ensuring customersatisfaction.

Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of configurations customizationsand solutionsimplemented. Createuser guides and trainingmaterials.

BestPractices andInnovation: Stayupdated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365CRM. Provideinsights and recommendations for continuous improvement andinnovation.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science Businessetc.). Provenexperience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Dynamics 365CRM. Indepthknowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM particularly the Field Servicemodule. Strongunderstanding of field service operations and bestpractices.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Ability towork collaboratively in a team andindependently.
Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are aplus.
