Duties & Responsibilities:
Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers
Come up with result-driven email marketing campaigns right from planning to content to execution
Continually track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular reports
Responsible for implementing and monitoring, the company social media strategy
Monitor and engage with social media brand page audience constantly
Ability to think of new ideas and come up with engaging content for increasing social media followers and website hits
Has good experience in social media advertising as well as working knowledge of Google and other advertising platforms
Create a content plan for the social media, email marketing, blog and other aspects like white papers, e-books, videos (scripts), etc. and execute them
Manage and review the content of our documentation, blogs, brochure, website(s), and social networking accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Should possess excellent attention to details, especially in content
Can work with minimum supervision and is able to coordinate and articulate the briefs ably with the necessary people (designers, marketing lead, freelancers, other departments)
Constantly thinking on how to improve and innovate.
Has a great sense of design to conceptualise content representation across Platforms.
Required:
2 - 5 years of experience (no interns please).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Top notch written and oral communication skills.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Must know about B2B social media networking, Google AdWords, Email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Has done B2B marketing, preferably for an IT company.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Up to date with the latest trends in the digital marketing industry.
Good interpersonal skills for coordination.
Team player and owns the task from start to finish.
Knowledge of using PowerPoint, excel and word and creating good presentations.
