    Head - Business Development - Digital marketing/ Website/ UI/UX and Videos Services

    The Business Development Manager is responsible for planning, direction and execution of new business development, to develop and grow 'new client' revenue in accordance with targets.

    Location : Bangalore, Work from Office.

    We are seeking a proactive Head of Business Development to spearhead our efforts in expanding clientele and revenue in the digital marketing, website design and development, UI/UX, and video services sectors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs effectively.
    • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
    • Develop negotiation strategies, assess risks, and align offerings with client objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business prospects within the digital marketing, website design and development, UI/UX, and video services industries.
    • Present and promote digital marketing packages to potential clients.
    • Foster and nurture relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.
    • Conduct market research to inform business strategy and stay abreast of industry trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
    • Tailor sales pitches and proposals to suit the needs of clients in the specified industries.
    • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.

    Experience:

    • 10-15 years of experience in the digital industry (preferably within a digital agency).
    • Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital projects and marketing communications.
    • Proven track record of acquiring and retaining key clients.
